The time and location will be disclosed to you upon your application’s acceptance. For example, she will wear a flowery shirt during the Fireworks Show, a bunny shirt during Tsukimi, and a Santa-style shirt on Toy Day. These items must be submitted into your shared folder in a sub-folder named ‘Judging Materials’ on your shared drive by the Monday before the convention, so that they can be downloaded by the staff.
