Commissioned costumes, Mass-Produced or Second-hand Purchased costumes, or Costumes made from assembling purchased pieces (“Closet Cosplay”) are not eligible for Craftsmanship evaluation/awards. There are hundreds of infant Halloween costumes for babies available, cosplay costumes but you should choose one that fits and suits your baby best. Performance entries are required to have the following items in their online shared folder, at time of sign up: Reference Images of the costumes(s) you will be presenting, high quality cosplay costumes regardless of whether you are participating in the Craftsmanship portion.
